Random matters.
After a few boring hours of doing chinese, I have decided at last, after (1 year?) or maybe less, (but you get the point), to post something.
Just some totally unrelated stuff.
I drew a cow out of a quaver note on the back of andrew's stack of graph paper.
I threatened to chop off andrew's appendages using wang bo's (supposedly-but-not-ginseng) chinese herb. XD
I told andrew that I wasn't the one who asked angela to poke him (lie)
Oops. Did I say totally unrelated stuff?
Never mind that. I specialise in andrew toture :D Like I said, and Brendan agrees, poking, or should I generalise to, er, incapacitating (let us not be so extreme and use the word torture, shall we?) andrew is therapeutic.
Oh, come now, would I actually be so heartless as to chop off his appendages using some nice-smelling chinese herb for the chopper and using Faiz as the chopping board? I assure you, andrew, if you read this, that i said it purely in jest. (evil grin)
Now let us move on.
Mahjong. Ah the wonderful game of luck, chance and skill, banned from this school. It is, and I'm sure others would sympathise, a complete tragedy, and a pity, no doubt. And rest assured, gambling never even entered my mind(okay, maybe it did, given that i just wrote what i just wrote, but I wouldn't do it unless on special occasions) Mahjong,as i have said, incorporates all the elements of a good, fun game. Luck, but also skill, and of course that indescribably pleasing feeling of the bang of tiles on the table when you "pong!", or the incessant clack of the tiles as you shuffle them together on the table, then the competition to see who stacks the tiles the fastest. Given that you can also gamble with poker cards, then why, may I ask, are poker cards allowed, but mahjong banned? Once again, its all these little quirks in the school rules that i can't seem to comprehend. For example, why only allow us to go home at 1pm when some people end much earlier(yes, I have heard the argument for this many times, or should I say, reason, for how can it be considered an argument when one cannot rebut?, and still I am unconvinced)Take 204, for example. Apparently on tusedays those who do not take humanities just have one one hour lesson in the morning, then that's it. No more classes. And so begins the long wait for the scared hour of 1 o'clock (yes i do agree that it's a mathematically beautiful number given that it is the first whole no., and the first concept of a number Man could comprehend, but still?)
Ah, let me stop lamenting about seemingly useless school rules(I shall be open minded and say that they might have a valid reason for these rules after all) (lie)
Now let us move on.
This class. This class, as screwed up as it may be, I am sorely attached to. In fact, I should say that it is because that it is so screwed up that I am so sorely attached to it. After all you cannot find a class really like 202. With Marcus, Aris, Nicholas, Weishuen, Andrew etc. to give you a good laugh, and the way everyone seems to mix so well, regardless of race, language or religion (actuallly i meant gender), a class like 202 is really hard to find. If i had one word to describe it, it would be pure, simple, "fun". It is the fun that makes everyone at home, and it is the fun that makes everyone want to stay together. But, alas, the end of this year is drawing near, and with only one semester of time left together, I think i will take this opportunity to pay tribute to this crazy class with all its screwed up fun and laughter. *emotional part* (lie) (but the rest of what i wrote was true XD)
Now let us move on.
Quite suddenly I have run out of random matters to write about. A pity. I suppose this post would have to end prematurely.
Ah, wait, I almost forgot.
Did I mention that Weishuen has a pot belly? :D
